The staff looked at us as if we 'were country hicks who came to town' and were not welcoming at all.We were informed that we were in a newly decorated room, as such the window had a covering over it to prevent seeing outside -the room was comfortable with a large bed and spacious furnishings,there was not enough space to hang clothing as the wardrobe was taken up with a large set of drawers.The bathroom there was no facility to release the sink plug,the shower door did not close properly so both you and the floor got wet.Breakfast was another experience- held in the sports bar-not very appropriate! With a large number of Tv stations blaring out various sporting activities.We were shown to our table by a very surly gentleman who did not engage with us at all.Breakfast was slap dash with only one server attending to all of the occupied tables,this resulted in us waiting about 10-15 for a box of cereal! I would recommend staying somewhere else! More Show less Where to start- Parking,we were made to feel second class because we chose to self park rather than use the valet service,and as a result had to park miles away.Once inside the hotel it was not a comfortable environment,it is very pretentious and OTT.
